How fast will you ship my order?

Answer: Usually within 1-3 business days unless the item is out of stock or a pre-order item, in which case you'll receive an email within 1 business day to notify you about your options. 

When will I receive my tracking number?

Answer: As soon as your order ships. You'll also receive updates for when it is due to arrive, and when it is out for delivery, so you can be ready to receive it. You'll also get a notification if there is any delay with your shipment so you know ahead of time what is going on. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: Usually between 3-10 business days depending on which shipping method you paid for. If your item is a special order, backorder item, or a pre-order item, it may take longer. We will contact you and let you know if that’s the case. 

Which courier will deliver my order?

Answer: We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and select LTL freight companies. It usually depends on the size of your package and the destination

Do you offer financing?
